Shipping & Returns

Orders are dispatched within 2–3 working days — stitched-to-measure suits take a little longer, and we confirm the timeline when we call to verify your order.

Delivery is by courier across Pakistan, with Cash on Delivery available everywhere. You can follow your parcel at any time on the Track Order page using the tracking ID from your confirmation.

If something arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will exchange it or refund you. Suits stitched to your own measurements can be exchanged for sizing adjustments, but not returned — each one is made only for you.
